My passion is the user experience design, l love to develop creative and unique solutions to our clients. I take a holistic and practical approach to integrating customer insights into the business strategy, product and web site design processes.
Skills
Web site architecture and user centered interface design, can design site flow for complex and dynamic sites for a variety of users, considering and balancing design, business, engineering and usability needs. Tools include wireframes (schematics, page-map) blueprints (user flow, flowcharts), context diagrams, use cases (scenarios), task analysis (user discovery), and contextual inquiry. Usability testing, Can design screeners and protocols, moderate and analyze finding. My specialty is making usability discoveries into useful tools for design. Heuristic analysis is one of my specialties.
Strong written and verbal communications skills, including an ability to write, from brief marketing copy to usability reports.
Have worked on multiple task-oriented teams as an asset to both promoting communication as a member as well as a project leader.
